The goal of The Collective Salon Atlanta is a return to salon culture as a cornerstone of the community.
A meeting of minds. A place where information is disseminated and joy is intensely felt.
A second home, of sorts.
That is the whole idea. Everything below is how we protect it.
Our Story
Healthy hair is the standard, not the upsell.
Every service starts with the condition of the hair. We do not compromise integrity for a result, and we do not sell a client something their hair does not need. If it is not right, we say so.
Education is not optional.
This salon is a teaching space. We host classes, brand activations, and hands-on training. Everyone here is expected to keep learning, and everyone here is expected to teach what they know.
One product line, one standard.
Every stylist works from Co+Lab Hair Care. That consistency is what allows each guest move between chairs & stylist and get the same quality of care.
We are independent, not isolated.
The Collective Salon Atlanta is a collaborative effort amongst selected stylist. We all have strong independent skill sets and marry them together to meet the needs of every client. We refer to each other, we cover each other, and we promote each other’s work.
